Supporting Partners Who Support Our Students

SEI is once again working in partnership with United Way of Summit and Medina, GAR Foundation and the Akron Community Foundation to provide technical support to nonprofit organizations that offer summer programs to Summit County students.  The goal is to help our Out of School Time Partners (OSTPs) measure the impact their summer programs have on students’ academic skills, emotional health, or school success. SEI offers nonprofit partners with these services at no cost. This year, SEI is partnering with thirteen OSTP organizations in the community to help them understand and report impact data as they provide quality virtual or in-person small group programs to their students during the COVID-19 crisis.

Below are the 13 organizations that are partnering with SEI:

  National Inventors Hall of Fame
  Salvation Army Learning Zone
  South Street Ministries
  Asian Services in Action, Inc.
  Urban Vision
  Akron Area YMCA
  Akron Inner City Soccer Club
  Emmanuel Christian Academy
Boys and Girls Club of Western Reserve
  Tri-County Jobs for Ohio Graduate
  Law and Leadership  Institute Akron
  Project GRAD Akron
  TomTod Ideas
